Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR

Bedsheets were wrinkled, towels in the bathroom were old. Food service was way too slow. Staff weren?t hospitable. Wouldn?t recommend.

Great service and great hotel staff. They helped us with anything we needed during out stay and made sure we got any extra towels or water as we needed it. Food at the hotel was also great, exceptional room service as well as breakfast with traditional south Indian dishes.

Hotel turned out to be quite far from the city of Chennai and it was a little difficult sometimes to grab an Uber. We had to wait a bit but we didn't mind in the end as we were not in any rush.

I haven’t stayed in that property. Because I ask early check in. They refused to give me I found another property to stay. And. I canceled my booking. But. They. Charge in. My. Credit card. I call. The property. To inform. They said. It’s. Booking.com. Charge. Now. I give a complain to my. Credit card company. Thx

I request for. Early check in. I arrived to Chennai 6 am. They said. Not before 2 pm. But. They charge on my credit card.

Passable

The breakfast time during weekends till 11 am according to the in room booklet but the Kitchen closes by 10:30. So, if you go by the brochure you might lose out.The inroom dining services do not take all the instructions and always miss out something.

WiFi, Cleanliness, Prompt Attitude of staff

Food - Breakfast & Dinner should be better. No Varities present in food. Almost same everyday

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Staffs were good too.

Room had mosquitoes.Room was smaller (compared to my previous Marriott US experiences).Bathroom had no drying fan and was very ordinary.View from room was missing.Room insulation was very poor. I could hear the Television sound from the next room, and it was pretty loud.No special lounge or lobby in the property.

Hotel

I booked 2 rooms on my name. Hotel staff told that they cannot change the name entered in the bill for each room. whatever mentioned in the booking same will be mentioned in the bill

We had a lovely greeting by the professional team. Dear Afas, at reception was truly kind & helpful in arranging for an early check-in. We are very much pleased with the hotel and staffs. Our room was provided with all amenities, and thank you so much.

Staff were friendly and supportive. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet.

Bathrooms were slippery and Rooms can be more tidy. No Hot water from noon.

It would be have been good if you had a Valet round the clock, as my car was blocked and had to wait, this was during check out.

Clean hotel. Courteous staff. We did not experience the Food as we were there for a wedding and all meals were at the wedding.

The Rooms and Bathroom are so small in size so we feel total Inconvenience at there. The Property and staff is good but I think the Size of the room and Bathrrom is matters.
